By accessing or using BirthPrint (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BirthPrint is a personality profiling service that generates personalised reports based on information you provide, including your name, date of birth, birth time, location, and life history. Reports are generated using proprietary analysis methods and are intended for entertainment and personal insight purposes.
To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
BirthPrint uses a token-based system to access premium content. Tokens can be purchased individually or through subscription plans. All purchases are processed through Stripe.
BirthPrint reports are generated content based on your personal data and our proprietary analysis systems. Reports are provided "as is" for entertainment and personal insight.
Your BirthPrint reports are generated for your personal use. You may share excerpts or screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes. The underlying analysis methods, algorithms, report templates, and system design remain the intellectual property of BirthPrint.
Because reports are generated in real-time using your unique data, completed report generations cannot be reversed. If a technical error occurs during generation, please contact our support team.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BirthPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which BirthPrint operates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the Service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
